Issue Description

Currently, the Row block documentation does not include the following information:

How to enable the "Allow to wrap on multiple lines" feature and what it does

"Stretch to fill" vertical alignment setting

Why is this a problem?

Users are not aware that these two options exist and why they are beneficial, unless they stumble upon the options themselves in the editor. At the University of Wisconsin—Madison, it would be helpful if we could direct users to WordPress docs for this content rather than maintain our own.

Suggested Fix

Include screenshots and explanations of these two settings to the Row block documentation.
