[HelpHub] Documentation for real-time collaboration #2200

What is the new page you are requesting?
A page providing non-technical users with an overview of how real-time collaboration works in WordPress 7.0.
How will this new page help you?
Real-time collaboration fundamentally changes how people edit content and comes with some caveats and FAQs.
I've been working on the feature, and have drafted some documentation in Google Docs:

Anyone with the link can comment, but I'm happy to add editors or move this draft to another format.

I made a comment. In user documentation we do not accept any code/dev jargon. The Technical details can be moved to the dev note

I've removed the technical section and added screen-shots, this is now ready for first review. I'm attaching the raw screen shots here as well.

Moving this to 7.1 as it didn't ship in 7.0. The draft already exists in wp.org/documentation,, it should be revised before publishing
