The permissive commons site https://pct-devdocs.webcivics.org/ will be the primary dev docs environment for the permissive commons technology documentation; and it will be annoying to replicate the records (unless another solution to the problem is identified).

Therefore the suggestion / thought is - to migrate the records rather than trying to keep the records sync'd.
