[GStreamer] http/wpt/webcodecs/av1-encoder-bit-depth.html is crashing

Reviewed by NOBODY (OOPS!).

The crash was due to attempting to set a I422 video format, which doesn't exists in GStreamer.
Planar 4:2:2 8 bits is registered as Y42B.
