What happened?
When I try to start VirtualBox, I immediately get an error "Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM object".

In Services VirtualBox system service is not running, when I try to start it, I immediately receive "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
The System tab of the event viewer contains only 2 error messages with corresponding timestamps. "A timeout was reached (90000 milliseconds) while waiting for the VirtualBox system service service to connect." and "The VirtualBox system service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
This is not true because, as I said, the error occurs immediately.
What I have tried:
Enabling/Disabling Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, Windows Hypervisor Platform in Windows Features
Disabling/Enabling intel hypervisor in UEFI
Reinstalling VirtualBox-7.2.14-174565 and VirtualBox-7.0.14-161095
deleting .VirtualBox directory
deleting everything that starts with VBox in the system32/drivers/
disabling core isolation in windows security
running these commands:
VBoxSVC /ReRegServer
regsvr32 VBoxC.dll
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
rebooting OS billion times
How can we reproduce this?
Everything was working fine until my power went out.
I guess this sudden shutdown damaged something.
VMware still works, so I think the problem is with VirtualBox and not Windows.
Did you upload all of your necessary log files, screenshots, etc.?
