  1. feat: add upsert_spans method for resumable tracing 

    Add LlmOpsHttpExporter.upsert_spans() to support direct upsert of
UiPathSpan objects, bypassing OTel span lifecycle. This enables
resumable spans that can be updated multiple times with the same ID
for trace parity in interruptible processes.

Also export UiPathSpan from tracing module.
