if you have any questions/comments/suggested changes, please add them as comments below in this issue so we can keep track of them. otherwise, please follow the spec on figma — if any updates are made, we'll make them there first before reflecting them into the code.

for implementing responsiveness, if no mockup of a smaller-screen version is shown on the figma, use your best judgement, or ask me/design about how we want it to look.
