Fixes to website and funnel:
[x] fix the build error and make Search work, there was a fumadocs dependency issue
[x] add captcha for signup
[x] disable welcome email, I'll follow up with sign ups manually next weeks
[x] add chat widget (heyo) to demo and pricing page
