Compare against the category, not against named vendors - #7

The MCP gateway comparison table carried a footnote naming three specific
hosted products, which turned eight rows of judgement — shared account,
partial, limited, hosted-only, proprietary — into public assertions about
those companies rather than about an architecture.

Two problems with that. It goes stale silently: any of them can ship
per-user OAuth or change their licence tomorrow, and this page would then
be wrong about a named company with nobody here noticing. And the
"proprietary" cell was reading someone else's licence for them.

The footnote now describes what makes the category the category — traffic
leaves your network, upstream access is usually shared — and says outright
that products differ and the reader should check the one they are actually
evaluating. The licence cell says "varies by vendor". No row changed; the
comparison is the same one, made against a design choice instead of a list
of competitors.
