Added plum_lightpad_stream!

A quick TCP socket script that will connect to and monitor changes that
the lightpads outputs in real time.  Contains the PIR events so now you
can script things triggered by motion.

Config Changes / Doc

Unified the important variables to config.php, commented more functions,
updated the readme.txt and added a cycle_all_lights.php for a quick
test.
