Greetings, Earthlings.

Don't worry, I won't eat you.

I'm Prannaya, but you can call me 'Prannay' (that's just how it's pronounced).

My name is Prannaya Gupta, and I’m a Computer Science freshman at Georgia Tech. I’m from the mythical island of Singapore, a tiny country that’s barely visible on the world map.

Where you might have seen me around

  • I was a high school student at NUS High School, where I majored in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Some of my CS coursework covered Android app development, data analytics & AI, database design and object-oriented programming.
  • I took up "dual enrollment" at NUS Computing, where I took up Computer Science and Computer Engineering courses focused on computer organization, operating systems and bare-metal programming.
  • I served my two years of mandatory military service in AETHER @ SUTD as part of RSAF RAiD, where I worked on R&D for understanding the cognitive performance and improving training of air traffic controllers. My work involved effectively building a “language model” for the brain: a system capable of interpreting brain signals of air traffic controllers and translating them into stress and fatigue markers.
  • I was a Research Engineer at Pragnition Labs, where I built agentic solutions for healthcare and robotics.
  • I worked with Walled AI Labs on WalledEval, an open-source safety evaluation toolkit for LLM safety.
  • I previously interned at Temus on an early version of TalentForge, which won the Innovation Prize at the Google x IMDA AI Trailblazers Programme in Jan 2024 (while I was on Pulau Tekong Island 🤡).
  • I previously interned at AI Singapore, helping to develop a benchmarking tool for a cutting-edge startup based in the States.
  • I was an Overall-in-Charge of BuildingBloCS 2023, where I led the development of Starvation, a gamified coding playground for 60+ participants.
  • I was President of NUS High's computing club, AppVenture back in 2023.
  • I was an ExCo member of the tech-for-good charity, Better.sg from 2023 to 2025.

Where you (probably) haven't seen me around

Outside of coding, I spend my free time watching cricket, sitcoms, listening to Bollywood music and just generally being an introvert.
