  • Updated Dockerfile
  • Builds PHP / Apache image for TestLink
  • Includes MySQL image with persistent volume
  • Includes maildev for testing of mails sent by TestLink
  • Includes tool to restore the sample DB

NOTE: This PR uses the updated sample DB that I submitted in PR #362
