- Initialize Project Radar evaluated projects list in catalog/projects/
- Add reusable templates for agent IDE rules, eval records, and API specifications
- Modernize pyproject.toml and add Makefile for unified development tasks
- Generalize example verification and test discovery across all examples
- Re-export catalog.json, content-manifest.json, and rendered bilingual READMEs
