This has some risk, as if Get-PipeScript breaks, Export-PipeScript will not run.

It also has some rewards (showcasing functionality / improving experience).

There are two major aspects of this implementation:

• For compatibility, this should support a -PipeScriptPath
• Noun-oriented use of Get-PipeScript should be allowed.
