@simonbrandhof maybe you can comment on the problem regarding the running of Sonar Scanner for .NET

so the thing is that the default java version is conflicting and producing this error:

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/sonar/batch/bootstrapper/EnvironmentInformation has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

Usually that would mean fixing the Java path on local machine, but here the story is different. What would be the solution for that?
