Describe the changes in this Pull Request
Changed the layout and CSS for the cards in the dashboard.
What issue(s) does this Pull Request resolve?
-The links at the bottom of the cards were a little off, so I changed them to similar formatting to the Ionic docs.
-I also deleted some ids that were not really necessary.
