Batch 1 of unicorn lint fixes.

  • Fixed unsafe type errors in commandManager.ts, tpaManager.ts, leaderboardManager.ts.
  • Replaced global isNaN usage with Number.isNaN.
  • Replaced String.fromCharCode with String.fromCodePoint.
  • Fixed Math.trunc usage in auctionManager.ts.
  • Fixed build errors related to Promise types in ui.ts.
  • Formatted codebase.
