Describe the bug

When trying to connect to the SEGS server using the client, you get an error that the auth server can't be reached. But once you stop the server, and then restart it, it appears to kick in.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start SEGSAdmin
2. Start Issue0/1 client on another machine
3. Attempt to login and you will get error that authserver is not responding (See Screenshot)
4. Restart SEGSAdmin and will reach AuthServer

Expected behavior

Client should be able to login as soon as SEGSAdmin is fully loaded.
