Scratch has been migrating its legal pages to Freshdesk. So far only the the terms of use and privacy policy have been removed from the main website but the others will likely follow because it doesn't make sense to keep both.

There are a few styles specific to those pages which should be removed at some point as well as the scratchWWWNoProject matches.
