2D color picker touch issues #7253

Description

When using the 2D color picker with a touchscreen the knob doesn't drag with my finger and the when dragging the hue slider after it also changes the shade x-axis.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use a touchscreen device
2. Enable the 2D color picker
3. Open the colour picker
4. Drag to change the shade
5. Change the hue
