Implement 2014 lifestyle and downtime activity settlement #163

Source

Bundled 2014 rules: skills/full/skills/dnd-dm/srd/references-2014-en/06_Gameplay/Adventuring.md, Lifestyle Expenses and Downtime Activities.

Current behavior

The runtime has no authoritative lifestyle or downtime activity procedure. Searches under domain and MCP find no crafting, profession, recuperation, research, or core training settlement. A generic play-time grant can label a change as training, but it does not enforce time, cost, instructor, proficiency, or source rules.

Required behavior

Add source-bound 2014 downtime scheduling and settlement.

  • A counted downtime day requires at least 8 activity hours; days may be nonconsecutive and must use authoritative campaign time.
  • Lifestyle selection charges the source-defined daily amount and records the active quality without inventing social modifiers.
  • Crafting requires the related tool proficiency and declared required facility/material facts; contributes at most 5 gp market value per qualified character-day, consumes half-value materials, supports multiple qualifying collaborators in the same place, and applies the modest/comfortable
  • Practicing a Profession records the source-defined modest, organization-comfortable, or Performance-wealthy support tier without minting arbitrary currency.
  • Recuperating becomes eligible after three qualifying days, rolls an engine-owned DC 15 Constitution save, and on success applies exactly one player choice: end one effect preventing HP recovery, or 24-hour advantage against one current disease/poison.
  • Researching uses GM-authored availability/duration/restrictions/checks, charges 1 gp per day in addition to lifestyle, and only reveals persisted source-bound information after all requirements.
  • Training requires a persisted willing instructor, GM-defined checks if any, 250 qualifying days, 1 gp per day, and grants exactly one selected language or tool proficiency.
  • Use atomic wallet/inventory/character/campaign CAS, idempotency, restart persistence, engine RNG, and exact receipts.

Acceptance tests

Cover 8-hour boundaries, nonconsecutive progress, insufficient funds/materials/facilities/proficiency, multiple crafters, lifestyle discounts, profession tiers, recuperation choice and effect provenance, research restrictions/checks/cost, instructor and 250-day training, interrupted activities, concurrent wallet/time writes, exact replay, restart persistence, and unchanged 2024 behavior.
