- Display up to 3 member avatars in triangle formation - Most recent sender at top center, others at bottom corners - Filter out bridge bots (ending with 'bot') while keeping bridged users - Uses room.loadMembersIfNeeded() for lazy-loaded member state - Respects 'Show DM Counts' notification setting - 24px avatars in 40px container with proper spacing and borders
