- add a new button that you can be auto added to tasks when added to a later to project
- teams are also added if the task is marked for adding all teams
- send notifications about being added to a task
- send notifications about being added to a team (this was missing before)
remove createprojectmember as duplicate moved all stuff to acceptinvite for consistency
