  • add the ability to add forms to project
  • allow users to create a default metadata (add the default project metadata)
  • allow users to change which form they want to use
  • create a task if they define metadata when they start
  • view metadata on summary page and settings page
  • download project metadata
  • add migration information
  • delete erin computer specific migration
