[Documentation]: Add "user space (ROCm)" annotation to documentation introducing the split between driver and user space versions #648

Description of errors

User and AMD GPU Driver (amdgpu) support matrix, readers are notified that the amdgpu and user space versions will be split starting with the release amdgpu driver version 30.10.x. This impacts the gpu-operator since the DeviceConfig requires users to specify the amdgpu driver version (.spec.driver.version) to install a specific amdgpu driver version. Since this has been, historically, associated with the ROCm version there may be some confusion for users now associating "user space" with "ROCm".

IMO, it would be beneficial if the compatibility matrix and any introductory documentation provides an annotation to clarify that ROCm version ==> user space version
