Adds MeshLive under Instant Messaging, with the project's SVG icon, source link and README as the official page. Updates the app counter by one. Google Play and F-Droid remain unchecked because distribution is through GitHub Releases.

The first checkbox reflects the maintainer's confirmed hours of use on their main smartphone. No Exodus report is available, and the app is not listed on F-Droid or IzzyOnDroid, so those two report items remain unchecked and no counts are asserted. The project's privacy policy supplies the privacy documentation described in
RULES.md. No personal-favourite heart is added.Validation: entry format, public icon/source/README/release links and
git diff --check.Project and disclosure
MeshLive is a free, GPL-3.0-or-later Android 10+ app with signed APKs available from GitHub Releases. Nearby phones make voice/video calls and share live audio/video over Bluetooth without an internet connection, account or central server.
This is a maintainer submission, prepared with AI assistance. Most of the app code was also written with AI assistance under human direction, as disclosed in its README. The app is a public beta and has not had an independent security audit; this submission makes no anonymity or emergency-reliability claim.
