So functions called in profile can write to the screen without any
workarounds.

Also added a commit removing the banner into the ps1 profile to the branch as it was during that process we found this bug.

Partially address issue PowerShell#2751.  I believe this change falls into compat bucket #3 - unlikely grey area.  This fact has been reviewed and accepted by the PowerShell as indicated in issue PowerShell#2751.
