This pull request includes a change to the
.vsts-ci/windows/templates/windows-packaging.ymlfile. The change removes an unnecessary template import and simplifies the PowerShell script execution.Simplification of CI configuration:
.vsts-ci/windows/templates/windows-packaging.yml: Removed theinsert-nuget-config-azfeed.ymltemplate import and kept only the PowerShell script execution to switch the NuGet configuration source to Public.PR Context
