unfortunately this does not work... upgrading 7.4.4 to 7.4.5 via winget still wiped the telemetry optout environment variable and thus forcefully enabled telemetry despite explicit refusal of such. |

Confirm, installed 7.4.4 via MSI package with the options enabled. |
