Install-powershell.ps1 should be able to install the latest daily, stable or preview

current design getting works for daily , but you cannot choose from latest stable or preview. We should add one additional tag to the metadata.json for the latest preview and add a switch to choose stable or preview.

I think it should probably default to preview, but I'm open to what it should default to.
