start-pspester -unelevate should use the passthru mechanism to verify tests pass #4648
Description
currently the test output a fixed set of text at the end of the tests.
In travis-CI, we have moved to using the -passthru object to verify test results in #4644.
We should do something similar in the unelevated tests for consistency. It would probably also simplify the code.
