install-powershell.sh uses wget which is not necessarily present on a vanilla OSX machine #4617

curl does seem to be present. This test was on macOS Sierra (10.12.6) which had been upgraded through each OS release starting from Yosemite (10.10.2)
I am working on fixing this.
