winget version does not match release version #26261

Steps to reproduce
https://winget.run/pkg/Microsoft/PowerShell
Latest version listed is 7.3.3.
I am getting the the 'new stable release available' notification in PowerShell.
If I --Force a winget install, I get 7.5.3 again, which is still not the latest version.
I am in Australia (GMT+10), so it's possible that this is something that only happens because I am a day ahead?
Expected behavior
winget install --id Microsoft.Powershell --source winget --force
