Summary of the new feature / enhancement

This would make it simpler than filing an issue as a bug that has unneeded parts to the issue like Env Data or Error Details etc & can apply the right labels on creation, including potentially marking them as up for grabs or for hacktoberfest & other similar events add a Good First Issue label too.
