Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure 3.0.0 is listed as MIT licensed.

Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.Runtime.Unix 3.0.0 is listed as MIT licensed

However,
Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.Runtime.Win 3.0.0 has a License.txt that restricts usage to be from Powershell only.

  • Is this intentional?

This would mean that no independent .NET application can utilize MMI on Windows.
