Update-Help on 7.2 is not installing latest help content #16455

Prerequisites

Steps to reproduce
Run Update-Help -Verbose in 7.2 and you will see that the HelpInfoUri is pointing to https://aka.ms/powershell71-help. The correct Uri is https://aka.ms/powershell72-help.
