Write-Progress bar does not go away after operation is finished #1625

Steps to reproduce
PS /tmp> install-module -RequiredVersion 0.2.16.1 -Repository galleryrolling
cmdlet Install-Module at command pipeline position 1
Supply values for the following parameters:
Name: xjea
Untrusted repository
You are installing the modules from an untrusted repository. If you trust this
repository, change its InstallationPolicy value by running the Set-PSRepository

Expected behavior
progress bar should disappear after module is installed
Actual behavior
progress bar still shows up
