I tried installing the powershell_7.0.3-1.debian.11_amd64.deb package on Debian testing, but it failed because it has a dependency on libicu63, but the only available libicu package is libicu67.

I also tried installing powershell-preview_7.1.0-rc.1-1.debian.11_amd64.deb, but it also depends on libicu63.

Could you please update the Debian 11 package?
