Describe the bug
On mobile if you click the hamburger menu button top left it doesn't do anything.

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
v2.13.0 and .1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login on mobile device
2. Click on hamburger button top left
3. See nothing happens

Expected behavior
A menu should open I guess
