allowing to use camera with simulator with this lib https://github.com/Akylas/SimulatorCamera.
I am going to release the macos app real soon. here is a test app https://github.com/Akylas/SimulatorCamera/actions/runs/25109295179
TODO: find a way to make it configurable through next level, like IP/PORT
BTW: merge my PRs in the creation order to make sure everything is ok
