FE build stylelint fails if used with NC stylelint-config v4.0.0

NC stylelint-config v4.0.0 introduced new extension @stylistic/stylelint-config.

When stylelint runs through FE build, it loads config (ES Module) from @stylistic/stylelint-config and fails.
