Potention account baning #259
Description
I have used this project for two of my accounts:
- The one with a premium subscription is working well.
- The free account, however, got banned immediately just after logging in, even without any upload/download action.
Please, use this project with caution. I do not believe the issue lies with the project itself, rather I suspect that this problem may occur with all projects using Telethon.

@lovitus was your free account using a virtual phone number or a real phone number? I ask this because I had issues previously when using virtual phone numbers and got my account instant banned as well but now I have using a "REAL" phone number without "many" issues with upload around 8 TB per month mainly YT videos.

Hello @xispit4 i have my personal account i created public chennal and used to upload 7-8 gb data a month
I uploaded around 3-4 months
I used as backup
And after month i didn't uploaded anything
But after one month chennal is deleted?
How you upload your data
In chennal, group or shaved messages
Give me some guidance how you use.

I’ve been uploading continuously—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—for almost a full year, using telegram-upload.
The risk of being banned for using using telegram-upload is extremely low or nonexistent, as long as you use a legitimate account (not free / virtual phone number) and upload content to a private channel or group, provided that the content does not violate certain Telegram’s content policies.
In practice, there’s no risk with uploading music, movies, video games, or any kind of copyrighted content you want in a PRIVATE meaning (in public channels your content could be reported and your account banned and channels deleted, so take care about that). However, with extremely illegal and sensitive material such as let's say a person who starts uploading pedophilia, or real snuff movies, or videos about how to make a bomb, things like that, I assume that any account doing that would definitely be detected and banned, and of course, it would carry serious criminal consequences. But I don’t think this even needs to be explained, to be honest.
