i dont thinkg core-platform-modules or ts-minimal-comments should be skills. they should be docs referenced in skills. |
Convention content moves to tools/notes/ (CorePlatformModules.md, CodeComments.md) as the single source of truth; skills are now task-shaped workflows (feat, fix, refactor) that reference those docs via symlinks in their references/ folders.
