Use authorized person names instead of names from bib record #58
This came up during #18. Currently we use person URIs, but the
schema:namevalues are based on information from the bibliographic records (as that's all we have - the person name authority is not available yet).If we had the name authority available (like CN), we should use the authorized names, instead of relying on the bib record.
