Read performs before write on 23 (Read/Write Multiple registers) function #6
Description
In accordance with Modbus spec (http://www.modbus.org/docs/Modbus_Application_Protocol_V1_1b.pdf) request with function code 23 performs a combination of one read operation and one write operation in a single MODBUS transaction. The write operation should be performed before the read.
NModbus4 performs read before write.
