A more complete version of @szabogyula's pull request #7, including the original commit from that pull request.
I've broken the changes out into several commits to make it easier to see whats happening, and to potentially exclude portions of the changes.
The CI workflow is based on simplesamlphp/simplesaml-module-authcrypt which is being used as the prototype for other SSP modules.
This has been tested on SSP 2.0.6
