Also added an inline wrapper for backward compatibility. This change also allows functions that were created to workaround the enum limitation to be consolidated and the code can be moved inside CPU_GPIO_DisablePin(..., UINT32 ).

STM32_GPIO_Pin_Config) to be consolidated and the code can be moved insideCPU_GPIO_DisablePin(..., UINT32 ).
