ACL(C++)内のDSU機能を実装しました。
基本的に機能の変更はありませんが、下記について変更しました。
・assert式→if(条件文) falseで-1を返す
・groupsの返り値についてJava:VectorではなくArrayListに変更(オートボクシングが遅いという場合は何らかの形で変更して頂いて全く問題ありません)
・DSU問題(https://atcoder.jp/contests/practice2/tasks/practice2_a) Java11,Java8で通る事を確認しております。
