The USGS Urban Area Ortho and USGS Digital Ortho layers are no longer available. The USGS Urban Area Ortho should be removed from the default layer list.

The USGS EROS Ortho layer is a reasonable alternative (or arguably better) layer for both of the obsolete layers. The USGS EROS Ortho layer was decommissioned 12/2/2016.
