Please review my edits to make sure I haven't changed your intent.
Per our email, it would still be nice to find some documentation specific to native code developers on how to do Azure code signing to replace the video content. The video isn't very developer-friendly, especially for internationalization. That can be done later, if necessary.

@corob-msft changes look good to me. Lets merge this as is and then when there is some docs created by the Azure Code Sign team, I will link to those. This update is to let developers know, at least, that there is a change to the signing requirements.
